Our history

Our home is first and foremost a family affair. In 1974, at the age of 16, Fabrice settled on his own. He started on the 9000 square metres handed down by his father Roger Etienne, himself a champagne producer for several decades. The latter gave his sons a taste for the conscientious work of the vineyard and the champagne-making process

Then Fabrice was joined by Viviane, whom he met between two rows of vines during the harvest. For 30 years, they worked together to develop our beautiful estate.

Our terroir

Our vineyard is located on the Côte des Bars, in Meurville, a small village close to the Charles de Gaulle Memorial (20km), Nigloland (10km), the lakes of the Orient Forest and the city of Troyes (45km).

Our estate now covers 10 hectares of property, located largely in Meurville, but also in Couvignon, Bergère, Spoy, Arsonval and Ailleville. It is haracterized by its clay-limestone soils and is composed of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay and Meunier.
